We currently accept jeans, shirts, bedsheets, sarees, jackets and mixed fabrics, subject to their condition and usable material.

Yes, we can assess old or worn textiles. However, extremely damaged, wet, mouldy or unusable material may not be suitable for upcycling.

Yes, pickup is currently free for eligible orders within our serviceable areas. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our regular pickup network.

To ensure smooth collection:

• Textiles should be clean, dry and properly packed.
  
• The minimum quantity/order value applicable to the selected service must be met.
  
• Pickup is subject to location/serviceability.
  
• Someone should be available at the pickup address during the scheduled pickup window.
  
• Very remote, restricted-access or non-serviceable locations may require an alternative arrangement.

Yes. If you are in or around Vadodara (Gujarat), you can drop off your textiles at our designated Punava drop-off location. We are also expanding our drop-off network to more cities soon, making it easier for you to give your textiles a new purpose.

Processing time depends on the product, quantity, design and current workload. The estimated timeline will be communicated during the order process.

Not necessarily. Since every textile is different, each Punava product is unique. Colours, patterns, seams and placement may vary depending on the original material.
